It's your responsibility to find an auto repair shop to install the battery if it's going to be shipped outside Southern California.

Make sure the auto repair shop address is typed under shipping address at the checkout

Once the core (defective battery) is ready for pick up contact us through email: hybriddrivebatteries@gmail.com 

Provide your full name and order number on the email to identify you quickly. 

Make sure the battery is strapped to the pallet without blocking the fork inserts

The core must be complete, not in parts in order to recieve the refundable core deposit

We will not send a check or process the refund on another card 

The refundable core deposit is only available for shipped batteries

If you want the battery replaced at your location in Southern California there is a mobile service charge of $200
