It's your responsibility to find an auto repair shop to install the battery if it's going to be shipped outside Southern California.

Make sure the auto repair shop address is typed under shipping address at the checkout

Once the core (defective battery) is ready for pick up contact us through email: hybriddrivebatteries@gmail.com 

Provide your full name and order number on the email to identify you quickly. 

The core must be complete, not in parts in order to recieve the refundable core deposit

Make sure the battery is strapped to the pallet without blocking the fork inserts

Do not put the battery on the pallet like a pancake on a pan.

We will not send a check or process the refund on another card 

The refundable core deposit is only available for shipped batteries

You have 30 days to return the product if you don't need it.

The life expectancy for the 1 year warranty battery option is, 2 years and 6 months.

If the price, warranty and life expectancy is not enough information for you to make a decision then don't buy the product.
