3. We will verify that you have a Hybrid Inverter problem when you arrive.

4. You will wait in the lobby for 1hr and 30 min until the Job is done.

5. You will pay the price you see online plus tax.

6. You will get an invoice with all your personal information and warranty for your records.

7. The $300 refundable core deposit doesn't apply because the inverter is not being shipped.

: Instructions for mobile service in Southern California

1. Call 2 days in advance to set an appointment 844-492-3746/ Don't pay online, you will pay in person with cash, debt or credit card.

2. You will be asked questions if the vehicle has been diagnosed & is the vehicle drivable or not.

3. Clear the rear seats and the trunk of any personal belongings.

4. We will verify that you have a inverter problem before we proceed, if you don't have a Inverter problem you will only pay the $200 mobile service fee.

5. The vehicle must be parked in a location where the 2 rear doors and trunk open all the way.

6. You will pay the amount you see online plus tax and a $200 mobile service fee.

7. You will get an invoice with all your information and warranty for your records.

8. The $300 refundable core deposit doesn't apply because the inverter is not being shipped.

: Instructions for Shipped Inverters

1. Verify you have a hybrid Inverter before you buy it, don't just look at the lights on the dash and assume you need it.

2. Purchase the Inverter online, we don't take payments over the phone.

3. East Coast shipping takes 9 days, Center States 7 days, West coast States 4 Days.

4. Find someone that can install it for you, if it's an auto repair shop then put their address on "shipping address".

5. Do not throw away the foam and box, you will put the defective inverter in it.

Subject core pick up, we will send you a shipping label. You will print 1 copy

7. Remove the previous label and tape the new label to the box, "make sure the inverter is complete not in parts"

8. Drop off at a Fedex Retail Store

9. Once the defective Inverter has arrived complete, we will inspect it and then refund $300 to your card that you paid with online.

9. We will not credit you for any Diagnostics or Labor charges that you had to pay.

10. We will not send a check or accept another card.

- The warranty does not restart or extend, it starts from the day you bought it until the 1 year or 3 year has passed.

- If your vehicle utilizes Nickel Metal Hydride then we will provide a battery with that same chemical, No Exceptions

- If it utilizes Lithium Ion then we will provide a battery with that chemical, No Exceptions

- If the life expectancy, Price & Warranty is not enough information for you to make a decision, getting technical isn't going to aid you but inhibit your decision making.
