It's your responsibility to find an auto repair shop to install the Inverter if it's going to be shipped outside Southern California.

Make sure the auto repair shop address is typed under shipping address at the checkout

Once the core (defective Inverter Assembly) is ready for pick up contact us through email: hybriddrivebatteries@gmail.com 

Provide your full name and order number on the email to identify you quickly. 

Make sure the inverter is packaged with foam that was delivered with the replacement 

The core must be complete, not in parts in order to recieve the refundable core deposit

We will not send a check or process the refund on another card 

The refundable core deposit is only available for shipped inverters

If you want the inverter replaced at your location in Southern California there is a mobile service charge of $200
