It's your responsibility to find an auto repair shop to install the battery, make sure their address is typed at the checkout under shipping address.

Once the battery is installed, you have 30 days to use the same pallet and strap to ship your defective battery complete (not in parts).

Once it arrives we will refund the core depost of $300 to the same card that you used to purchase the battery.

We will not mail a check or refund the core deposit to a different card. 

If you're in Southern California we can provide mobile service for $200.
